How much is the weekend?

$4,399 per couple includes:

2 Nights / 3 Days luxury accommodation with ensuite, private butler, and chef at The McCallum Residence®

Hosted by acclaimed Chef Martin Bosley and Cuisine owner and editor, Kelli Brett

Meals include 2 leisurely breakfasts, 2 lunches, canapés, oysters, and 2 wine-matched multi-course dinners

We’ve made it simple to secure your place at the table with an easy, three-part payment plan.

A deposit of $999 is required upon reservation to confirm your suite. From there, two instalments of $1,700 are due — the first on 1 February 2026, and the final on 1 March 2026.

This approach ensures your booking is confirmed while giving you the flexibility to pay over time, so you can simply look forward to the experience ahead.

How many people will be on the experience?

We keep it intimate - a maximum of 16 guests. Designed as a small group experience, you’ll have plenty of connection, conversation, and space to savour.

What if the weather does not permit the oyster farm tour?

We have wet-weather plans in place, including fresh oysters to taste and a shucking course with Martin.

Cancellation policy: Because this experience is limited to only eight couples, each booking represents a significant commitment.

For this reason, deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 60 days in advance will receive a refund of any payments, less the deposit.

Within 60 days, all payments, including the deposit, will be non-refundable. We also understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and will review cancellations on a case-by-case basis.

What alcohol is included?

We’ve organised bubbles on arrival, wine pairings with dinner on Friday and Saturday evenings, and a glass of wine to enjoy during the cooking masterclass. You’ll also be treated to a curated wine match during the Sunday lunch. Non-alcoholic options will also be available throughout.

Can you cater for dietary requirements?

Due to the nature of the event, we cannot accommodate for vegetarians or vegans. If you have any other specific dietary requirements, please speak with our Expedition Director before booking to ensure we can accommodate your request.

What if I would like my own suite?

You’re welcome to have a private suite all to yourself at the current price of $4,399 NZD. Let us know when booking, and we’ll ensure you have a luxurious and spacious stay.

What is not included in the package?

Transport to and from The McCallum Residence® in Clevedon

What's the cancellation policy?
